The company currently produces three types of honey:
- Wildflower Honey (Miele Millefiori): Dark in color, it is characterized by its sweet, delicate, and persistent flavor, along with a highly intriguing and complex aroma. It tends to crystallize a few months after harvesting.
- Acacia Honey (Miele di Acacia): Very light yellow, almost transparent, and liquid in consistency. It has a very slow crystallization rate and can remain in a liquid state for a very long time. The taste is naturally sweet, with a subtly bitter, almost imperceptible aftertaste. Delicate both in aroma and flavor.
- Dandelion-Dominant Wildflower Honey (Miele Millefiori a prevalenza Tarassaco): Intense and opaque yellow in color, it is characterized by a smooth, delicate flavor reminiscent of chamomile. It tends to crystallize immediately after harvest, maintaining a creamy consistency.
- Chestnut Honey (Miele di Castagno): Very dark in color, it is characterized by its persistent, bold, and pleasantly bitter flavor. It tends to remain liquid even after harvesting.
